The cheesemaking school offers multi-day sessions on a variety of hands-on approaches in cheesemaking. From selecting your milk, pasteurizing, making different cheese varieties and knowing your wax rinds, you’ll learn all you need to make your own great cheeses. You’ll even learn how to conduct cheese pairings.
