Joel has had his real estate license since 2021 and brings invaluable experience coming from the home inspection industry. He has performed thousands of inspections with his 5 star rated business, Navigations Home Inspection. Originally from Michigan, Joel moved to Colorado in 2009 after graduating with a Bachelor’s of Science degree from Eastern Michigan University. He calls Berthoud home alongside his wife, Diane and children, Alex and Hana. Joel enjoys golfing, skiing, bowling and spending time outdoors.
